1. Service Description

oStyler ("Service") is a digital platform operated by Erdem Çetinkaya, providing AI-powered image processing and video production services. Our services include:

  • AI-powered hair style transformation (Hair Styler)
  • Viral video production (Viral Video Studio)
  • Image analysis and style consultancy (Image Coach)

2. Account and Membership

To use the Service, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Credit System

oStyler operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits purchased:

  • Are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Cannot be transferred to other users
  • Cannot be converted to cash
  • Can be converted to services at the rates specified on the pricing page

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to comply with the following rules:

  • You may only upload your own photos or images you have permission to use
  • You may not create illegal, obscene, or harmful content
  • You may not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • You may not misuse or manipulate the system
  • Responsibility for the created content belongs to you

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the images you upload belong to you. The usage rights of the content produced by AI are transferred to you in exchange for credits. The oStyler brand, logo, and software are the property of Erdem Çetinkaya.

6. Limitations of Liability

oStyler is not responsible for:

  • AI productions not meeting your expectations
  • Delays caused by technical glitches
  • Issues related to third parties regarding the produced content
  • Credit losses resulting from user errors

Our service is provided "as is" and no specific result is guaranteed.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts that violate the terms of use may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. In this case, unused credits are not refunded.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Significant changes will be notified by email. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized in case of disputes.
