At oStyler, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with
our services, we offer a fair refund process.
1. Unused Credits
14-Day Refund Guarantee: If you have not used the credits you purchased, you can
request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Your credit balance must be completely unused
- The refund request must be made via email
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
2. Partially Used Credits
If you have used some of your credits:
- Proportional refund may be made for remaining unused credits
- Minimum refund amount is 5 USD
- Transaction fee may be deducted
3. Technical Failure Situations
If you cannot receive service due to systemic errors:
- Spent credits are automatically refunded
- If AI production fails, the credit is instantly restored to your account
- Bonus credits may be given as extra compensation
4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Made
No refunds are made in the following situations:
- Successfully completed AI productions
- Accounts suspended due to violation of terms of use
- Packages older than 14 days and partially used
- Credits given as a promotion or gift
5. Refund Process
- Request: Send your refund request to support@ostyler.com
- Review: Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days
- Approval: If deemed appropriate, an approval email will be sent
- Refund: Refund is made within 5-10 business days after approval
6. Dispute Resolution
If your refund request is rejected:
- An email with a detailed explanation will be sent
- Your right to object is reserved
- Mediation service is provided if necessary
